Elizabeth Chacon, Personnel Manager

Elizabeth A. Chacon has worked as the Personnel Manager for over nine years.  Elizabeth knows that every member of the Tinco team is valued, so she continues to ensure that Tinco can offer a safe and healthy work environment to each employee while maintaining the family culture Tinco was founded on. Throughout her time at Tinco, she has most enjoyed organizing meetings where she has the ability to interact with our employees and create personal connections. Some of her fondest memories have been from events such as company picnics, where she has been able to meet the family members of Tinco employees and further build relationships with employees.   

Elizabeth strives to ensure that Tinco complies with all aspects of the State and Federal regulations to make sure that Tinco is a fair and honest employer. She works to provide benefit information, process payroll, onboarding, recruiting, and other resources to our ever growing team at Tinco Sheet Metal, Inc.

Elizabeth A. Chacon holds a Bachelors of Science from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona.

What is the most exciting thing about working in this business?

Having been raised in the construction industry, I have always had an appreciation for architecture and it is exciting to be able to recognize beautiful structures throughout Southern California that Tinco had a part in building.

What is your personal passion and why?

I enjoy spending time with my family.

What is your greatest Tinco memory?
