What is the most exciting thing about working in this business?
This is a small business and there’s a lot of unknowns. There’s no real rule book for how things can happen in many cases. We have to accommodate problems as they come. I appreciate the ability to work with a variety of outside services and the overall collaboration.
What is your personal passion and why?
I enjoy community service: I’ve been on the school board for our local school district and I really enjoy being an active part of that community. I like to help my community and give back when I can.
What is your greatest Tinco Memory?
Several years ago, we had a union vote with an overwhelming majority voting in favor of Tinco and that really indicated to me that Tinco is doing right by its employees.
